Head of DevelopmentDominic is Head of Development at Lovely Day.

After studying English Literature at Oxford University, Dominic began his television career at Bentley Productions, working as development assistant, and on ITV crime series Midsomer Murders. He then spent four years at Talkbalk Thames as story producer on the Channel Five soap, Family Affairs.

Dominic moved to EastEnders in 2005, taking responsibility for running the soap's story department a year afterwards. As series story producer, his many achievements on the show included devising the storyline in which the Muslim character Syed Masood struggles to reconcile his faith and sexuality. He created the Mitchell sisters, Ronnie and Roxy, and he masterminded the 'Who Killed Archie?' storyline climaxing in the live 25th anniversary episode in February 2010.

Working once again with Diederick Santer, his former colleague at EastEnders, Dominic is responsible for the Lovely Day development slate, finding and attracting writers and developing ideas from pitch through to production.

Dominic produced Lovely Day’s debut productions 'The Daltons' and 'My First Brassiere'.
