Head of TV DevelopmentNoelle worked as both Literary Assistant and Assistant Director at the Royal Court Theatre before moving into television, where her first job was as Assistant Script Editor on Kudos' first TV drama series: Psychos by David Wolstencroft (Channel 4). Prior to this, Noelle worked for several years as a Script Executive for the BBC independent drama commissioning team, working on a broad range of projects in development and production, including Cambridge Spies by Peter Moffat (Perpetual Motion / BBC), Clocking Off (Red), Linda Green (Red), Murder (Tiger Aspect), Tipping the Velvet (Sally Head), Attachments (World) and Cops (World).
Noelle was then appointed as Head of Development at Red Production Company, developing a variety of projects including the BAFTA and RTS-nominated Conviction by Bill Gallagher (BBC3 & BBC2), Jane Hall's Big Bad Bus Ride (ITV1), Sparkhouse (BBC1) by Sally Wainwright, Big Dippers by Chris McHallem (ITV1), Linda Green II by Paul Abbott (BBC1), Clocking Off IV by Danny Brocklehurst, Richard Zajdlic, Bill Gallagher and John Fay (BBC1), and Dead Man Weds by Dave Spikey (ITV1). Noelle joined Kudos in 2007 as Head of TV Development.
