ProducerAfter completing a degree in Drama at Bristol University, Faith worked as a journalist and media reporter for media journals including Broadcast and Guardian Media. She went on to join the BBC as a Researcher for the BBC Features department, before moving swiftly across into BBC Drama. There she quickly rose to become a Script Editor, developing and then training up on the successful daytime drama series Doctors. Faith then moved to EastEnders, script-editing the soap when the Who Shot Phil? storyline was at its peak and the Slater family were riding high - one of the show’s most acclaimed and high-rating periods. She took on the role of Series Script Editor just after the BAFTA award-winning show had gone from three episodes a week to four, and helped navigate it through this transition.

Faith left the BBC keen to move into the independent sector, joining Box TV to work on the BBC1 drama Trust. In 2002, with four years script-editing on drama series under her belt, she joined Kudos as Script Editor on Spooks II and III before becoming Head of TV Development in 2005. Since this time she has worked on a range of projects with key talent, developing a strong slate - including, most notably, The Fixer. Faith produced this critically acclaimed six-part drama series for ITV1 starring Andrew Buchan, Peter Mullan, Tamzin Outhwaite and Jody Latham and is now an in-house Producer for Kudos.

Faith is currently on maternity leave.
